From our historic building to the events themselves, we strive to inspire, excite, and fulfill curiosity \u2014 <b>and our ticketing system is a critical part of the patron experience<\/b>. We\u2019ve worked to improve ticketing over the past few years, but not without challenges. We know that our current ticketing system hasn\u2019t met your needs, we\u2019ve taken your feedback seriously, <b>and we\u2019re pleased to announce a change!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>On April 27, we\u2019ll take Town Hall\u2019s ticketing to the next level with a new, improved system.<\/b> It\u2019s been quite a journey, and we\u2019re grateful for your patience and feedback and for weathering the shifts right alongside us. Here are a few of the perks of our new system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">More intuitive interface<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Streamlined member account login and checkout<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Member vouchers applied automatically at checkout when logged into your account<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Simplified event check-in process<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Direct access to virtual videos &#8211; no login required!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>We want to extend a special note of gratitude to our members.<\/b> Town Hall members have always been core to our mission and community and have been instrumental to Town Hall\u2019s growth \u2014\u00a0 from providing feedback to help us shape our ticketing needs, to the financial support to help us take this critical step forward.<\/p>\n<p><b>Current ticket holders and Town Hall members: Please keep an eye on your email this week for important information!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We know change isn\u2019t easy, but we hope you\u2019ll spring forward with us as we enter this new era.
