By September 2022, she had expanded<\/span> <span data-ogsc=\"rgb(88, 88, 90)\">ARTE NOIR into a state-of-the-art exhibit gallery and cultural space that anchors the <\/span><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(88, 88, 90)\">Midtown Square development in Seattle\u2019s Central District.
