With his own ensemble founded in 2002, he takes on this double role of soloist and conductor and offers a bouquet of 18th\u00a0century\u00a0Italian cantatas\u00a0on the passionate theme of jealousy.<\/p>\n<p data-aura-rendered-by=\"3698:809;a\"><strong>This concert is dedicated to the memory of Naomi Shiff<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-aura-rendered-by=\"3698:809;a\">An enthusiastic and skilled early-music amateur, Naomi Shiff\u2019s passion was playing Renaissance music from original notation, and she was a devoted supporter of Early Music Seattle, the Seattle Recorder Society, and EMA, among others. Professionally, she was among the first female computer programmers. A family death notice mentioned that, \u201cin keeping with her love of learning, she had her remarkable brain donated to the University of Washington Brain Study.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-aura-rendered-by=\"72435:0\"><em><span class=\"notion-enable-hover\" data-token-index=\"0\">Events are offered for informational, entertainment, and educational purposes only.
